There is a thing which I can feel,
It flows through my hands
and my being.
Oh how I rejoice.

There is something natural,
innocent, inherent, beautiful,
Beyond praise, beyond thought,
formless and all pervading,
I can feel it.
Oh how I rejoice.

There is something which loves us,
which helps us
It flows in me, around me,
through me

I am lost in it, immersed in it.
It is the flow of amrit,
it is purusha, it is chaitanya,

I feel my Self, my true Self
shining forth the brilliance
of a thousand suns.
Oh how I rejoice.

For this is truly living, for this is
truly life
And I bathe in the ocean of
Mother's love.
