I am Peace,
Nothing but peace am I

I am in peace and harmony
With myself and with the world.

All worries and tensions are gone
And only peace is all around me now.

I am still and everything is still
Not even a leaf is moving,

The Universe is at rest

Lying down peacefully
In Your hand.
