We would like to bring to your attention the following updates:
1. Among the current 34 Collections, the Photos of 19 Named Collections are downloadable and the Photos of 2 other Named Collections will be made downloadable as soon as a good number of their Photos are replaced by recently scanned Photos of higher quality and resolution. The Photos of the remaining 13 Collections, including the XYZKnown and XYZUnknown Collections, will not be downloadable for the time being (did not get permission).
2. The new folder Temporary Displays of the main webpage of Eternal Moments has 3 galleries: Chronology Last 1 to 30 Days, Chronology Last 31 to 60 Days, and Chronology Last 61 to 108 Days. So, each Photo uploaded to a Collection, besides being collated to the corresponding gallery in the Countries Folder, will be also collated in Chronology Last 1 to 30 Days for the first 30 days, then moved to Chronology Last 31 to 60 Days for the next 30 days, then moved to Chronology Last 61 to 108 Days for the next 48 days, before being finally moved to the corresponding gallery of the Chronology Folder.
3. The folder Permanent Displays of the main webpage of Eternal Moments has 4 galleries. The first 3 core galleries, called Crowns, Incomplete Titles, and Lotus Feet are complete ONLY outside the period 1982 to 2009: they will be completed in due time. The 4th core gallery called Processions has been completed. The first, second and fourth core galleries have been maintained as folders on CCTs hard drives from the very beginning (i.e., from September 2018) to facilitate its work on titling, dating, and sequentializing of the images, and it has been felt that many could benefit from them as well.
[Note: On 2024-0205, the words 'core' above were added and the 4 core galleries have been divided into 67 galleries, and this number will keep increasing.] Please kindly share the updates with all our brothers and sisters.

We are pleased to mention that there are 23,999 Photos uploaded. Today the download buttons for the Photos of the Named Collection with more than 6.1K Photos have been activated. Each day, we aim to do the same for one extra Named Collection. So far, we have permission to do it for about 20 named Collections, and it is likely that the number will increase. When the process is completed, there will be a brief update on it. The Eternal Moments website was created (started) on September 18, 2018. So today is its 5th anniversary. As such, we feel the need to write a few lines about the 5 years completed. In the 1st year, the framework was completed and about 2.9K Photos uploaded. The start was not easy: there were about 600 hundreds empty galleries and where to search and what to do to make them non-empty was not at all a clear-cut thing. In the 2nd year, the uploads were stopped as the Divine Treasure website was started and it required a lot of attention to fill it in as well. With so many galleries empty, it was hard to restart the uploads and as result for about 14 months no uploads were made. But in early December 2020, the team got a 3rd member which led to a completely new dynamism at all levels, especially related to Eternal Moments. By May 2, 2021, more than 6.3K Photos were uploaded, which was just nicely above the self-imposed minimum of 6K Photos uploaded in order to make the website public. The last 28 months have been well documented by a variety of posts on Photos, so we will not say more words. Perhaps we could add that there are almost 31.7K Photos and photos uploaded (i.e., when the photos Moments of Joy are accounted for as well) and only 147 empty galleries. Each Photo is a blessing, and we fall short of words to thank Shri Mataji again and again for all Her love, divine teachings, blessings, eternal moments, and actually each and everything. We are also very grateful to all photographers and collectors and volunteers. Finally, we would like to thank all Sahaja Yogis and Sahaja Yoginīs who in various ways contributed to Eternal Moments so that we all enjoy, benefit and grow.

As we are preparing to make many (possibly all) named collections downloadable, we would like to pin down a few suggestions and expectations. First of all, what we wrote on March 13, "Following in the footsteps of the Divine Cool Breeze website of Photographs, the download buttons for Photographs will be activated on May 5, 2023 (in the Chronology Folder to begin with)," due to multiple reasons, had to be moved to September 18 (in the Collections Folders to begin with). The main reasons for moving from Chronology Folder to Collections Folder are the flexibility of photographers/collectors to choose between downloadable and non-downloadable and the decision of not making the two XYZ Collections downloadable. Second, we would like to reiterate our expectation that all Photos downloaded from Eternal Moments will be exclusively used for worshiping and for the well-established Sahaja Yoga Projects, by which we mean projects which THROUGHOUT the history of Sahaja Yoga have been regarded as Sahaja Yoga Projects. Among these projects we explicitly mention the spreading of Sahaja Yoga via Public Programs or publications or dedicated, well-organized websites that have full self-control on their promotions. In particular, we do not regard websites or accounts that are either non-dedicated or are not well-organized or are promoted by third parties or mixed with other promotions as well-established Sahaja Yoga projects and as such our team would be very grateful to everyone if we could all refrain from downloading Photos and photos Moments of Joy and re-uploading them to such websites and accounts. The first and foremost protocol is towards our Divine Mother. Her Photos are so precious that their handling and sharing ought to be governed by sheer love, gratitude, owe, responsibility, and delicate feelings. We would like to suggest the constant inquiry: 'What I intend to do with a Photo, would I have been very comfortable doing it in Her Divine Presence?' Next protocol is towards the photographers, their names, when known, show up in the titles of the Photos in the form "(Photo credit Name)". In any usage of the Photos, credit to the photographers, the artists to whom we are very grateful for being able to enjoy these remarkable Photos, is a standard requirement in any art, regulated by well established copyrights, and in complete accordance to Sahaja Culture and the family spirit of brothers and sisters that makes Sahaja Yoga unique. Next protocol is towards the collectors, their names, when known, show up in the titles of the Photos in the form "(Name Collection)". In any usage of the Photos, credit to the collectors is strongly suggested, especially as in many cases the collectors are in fact the photographers (who could not be fully confirmed). Between making the mistake of listing a wrong photographer and the mistake of listing a photographer just as a collector, the former is a more serious and unpleasant mistake, and as such our team makes every effort to avoid it. Last protocol, our subteam would like to continue on this project for many-many years and, as such, your support, your acknowledgement, and your appreciation would be very helpful and truly appreciated. We would like to suggest not to change the titles of the Photos downloaded from Eternal Moments. Please note down that a huge amount of time has been invested in the research, communications, sequencing, dating and placing in order to produce the titles. We would also like to suggest providing links to galleries of Eternal Moments from where the Photos have been downloaded. When the format of Photos is changed into new formats, such as print or film format, we suggest to include appropriate credits at the end of the new formats. If certain websites have a certain style of caption, then we suggest uploading the Photo with the original title and use the own style of caption while adding next to caption the suggested credits and/or links. If previously a Photo has been extracted from Eternal Moments using copy and save and it is now downloadable, please kindly make an effort to replace it by the downloaded version as it ought to be of a higher resolution. In this way, undesirable versions are as well avoided/eliminated. Finally, if a downloaded Photo has a size too big for a certain purpose, then please kindly use the save or copy version that PRESERVES the title. Our current recommendations to the photographers/collectors is 'for downloadable', but this could change in time if by chance inappropriate trends are noticed. Certainly, as much as possible, we would follow closely how the collective will use the downloadable feature. We really hope that together we will show maturity and that our suggestions and expectations will be duly followed and honored. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.

So far this year, there have been almost 3.9 million views (1 Photo or photo viewed, counts as 1 view). 8. In July 2023, there were 844,078 views, the most so far in a single month. 9. On July 24, 2023, there were 223,440 views, the most so far in a single day. 10. 10. As an average uploadflow, we are aiming to have at least 210 Photos and photos uploaded to Eternal Moments per month and 90 photos uploaded to Jai Shri Mataji or Sahaja Image Events. 11. We still have many thousands of Photos and photos Moments of Joy and Growth left to be uploaded from 16 of the existing 30 Named Collections. 12. Current priorities on uploading for the next 3 to 6 months: (i) the remaining 125 slides/negative digitized; (ii) to replace priorly uploaded Photos by new high resolution scans; (iii) to extensively upload Photos and photos to the already started 30 Named Collections; (iv) to honor all requests to start new collections; and (v) to start on our own initiative 1 or 2 more Named Collections. 13. We are also reuploading Photos that were marked "(from tif)" and were actually digitized from negatives/slides: they will be marked as "(from tif-neg)" once reuploaded. 14. Unfortunately, we did not progress with the manual adding of additional keywords for the estimated 10K Photos from certain months or reuploaded events. So, this will be an ongoing activity for many-many months. 15. We are gradually starting to reupload all photos Moments of Joy so that their titles are fully searchable as well. 16. We are constantly working to improve the sequences within events: though glaring errors have been likely all eliminated, quite a few improvements are possible and ought to be performed. 17. We will start shortly to write about our understanding of the protocols and our suggestions: your cooperation and support would lead to a huge progress in the whole database. 18. There have been suggestions to either open the download buttons for the galleries of Chronology Folder or for the galleries of all Named Collections. We shall reach very shortly a decision on this. 19. We are considering adding a new folder called Chronology Recent for keeping Photos for the first 108 days after being uploaded. 20. The current pool for new uploads of Photos has way too many items (including mixture with photos, folders, subfolders, images of Deities, subtle system, etc.) and because of that request for different searches can take too much time to be done thoroughly and as such they will be honored with discretion. We are pleased to mention that, after a marathon of 18 months, all the Photos have been reuploaded with the due improvements and corrections to Eternal Moments. Moreover, the addition of Moments of Joy galleries to countries has been completed. In particular, these mean that all titles of Photos are fully searchable. Moreover, extra keywords have been added to about half of the Photos, and all these extra keywords are searchable as well. Gradually: (i) all Photos will have additional keywords added to them; (ii) all photos of Moments of Joy will be reuploaded; (iii) all photos Moments of Joy will have additional keywords added to them. Despite, (i) to (iii) not being completed yet, on May 5th we have started (iv) activating the download buttons of the galleries in the Chronology Folder. As a test, the Chronology 1918, 1923 and 2011 galleries have all the Photos downloadable (one at a time). We are currently (v) eliminating all the captions that have resurfaced due to reuploads and that overwrite the titles (it is a process of the type Photo by Photo verification if by chance it has a caption once reuploaded). The captions are of three categories: (a) coming from the companies that have digitized the Photos (such as 'Epson Image Scanner'), (b) contain erroneous data (like a 1996 Public Program in Budapest has the caption of a Public Program in Prague), (c) contain data that is already part of the tiles. The captions of (b) and (c) type come from either photographers or from prior sources. These eliminations of captions do not affect the metadata: one downloaded, the captions are there so that original sources can be fully traced at any time. We are aiming to complete (iv) and (v) as an offering at Shri Ganesha Puja. The main reason for this delay is the fact that we did not get time to (vi) "remind everyone about the delicate protocols that accompany the sharing of Photos" (as per the annual report), and the top priority is to have few posts on our thoughts and suggestions. We are pleased to bring to your attention the oldest website of Photographs Jai Shri Mataji or Sahaja Image Events which is managed since the end of 2021 by the Photo Subteam. We have just taken the small Step 4 of the database: the sharing of all photos Moments of Growth and of other related photos. To begin with about 230 photos uploaded yesterday and today we have just created 3 new folders with 12 galleries in total and we hope many-many more will follow out of the thousands and thousands of such photos currently in the CCT database. The Step 4 is part of the yearly long offering at the Lotus Feet of our Divine Mother and of the sharing celebrating the 100 years Birthday Anniversary and expressing our eternal gratitude and love to Her. You are all invited to either start dedicated new galleries or to contribute to the existing galleries on this website. The website Eternal Moments has now 23,214 Photographs of Śhrī Mātājī, including versions and details (an increment of 2,150 since the last annual report), and 7,207 photos Moments of Joy (an increment of 3,724 since the last annual report). There are 26 (named) Collections with 21,753 Photographs of Śhrī Mātājī and 7,138 photos Moments of Joy.
The XYZ Folder of the Collections shall be completed by May 5, 2023.
So, there are more than 30.4K Photos and photos Moments of Joy uploaded to the website. When essentially completed, it is projected that the website will have between 60K and 5 million Photos and photos Moments of Joy, and each year we will reestimate these bounds.
We will start having short posts announcing new events for which Photos have been just uploaded. They will be grouped under two numbered posts: one on early Photos (before 1976-0101) and one on special or less known events.
Following in the footsteps of the Divine Cool Breeze website of Photographs, the download buttons for Photographs will be activated on May 5, 2023 (in the Chronology Folder to begin with). Accordingly, we will be using every opportunity to remind everyone about the delicate protocols that accompany the sharing of Photos. We really expect that all Photos downloaded from Eternal Moments will be exclusively used for worshiping and for the well-established Sahaja Yoga Projects, by which we mean projects which THROUGHOUT the history of Sahaja Yoga have been regarded as Sahaja Yoga Projects. Among these projects we explicitly mention the spreading of Sahaja Yoga via Public Programs or publications or dedicated, well-organized websites that have full self-control on their promotions. In particular, we do not regard websites or accounts that are either non-dedicated or are not well-organized or are promoted by third parties or mixed with other promotions as well-established Sahaja Yoga projects and as such our team would be very grateful to everyone if we could all refrain from downloading Photos and photos Moments of Joy and re-uploading them to such websites and accounts.
